  • Weight Lifting Before Seducing Girls

    I was going to put this Lifestyle but I felt that since it applied to state it would serve well here.

    I have noticed a significant difference in the quality of my sarges on days that I lift weights as compared to days that I do not. If I haven't lifted in a few days I do not put as much energy in to my sarges, however the other day I went for a lift around mid day returned home at 8PM, showered, got ready and went out. I noticed the entire time that I was in that "lifters high" zone which kept me relaxed, non-reactive, very pumped and "Alpha" feeling and put me in a great overall mental state. I had more testosterone pumping through me so my voice was lower and projected more and I felt as though I was more assertive and energetic. I have noticed these effects on other days when I have lifted and am now going to experiment more with placing my resistence workout closer to my pre-planned sarging times. More reason to hit the gym!
